Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been placed.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at martha@showdemgames.com within 48 hours of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and clear photos of the item so we can review your request.
Please note that claims submitted more than 48 hours after delivery may not be eligible for replacement or resolution.

Event Registrations
Event registration and entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, regardless of attendance, and will not be credited toward a future event.

Order Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at martha@showdemgames.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll work with you to make it right.
