Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) before they ship out. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during high-volume periods (holidays, sales events, etc.), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible.

If you haven't received your order confirmation or tracking info within 5 business days, please contact us at [your support email] and we'll be happy to help.

Local Pickup

Prefer to skip shipping? Orders can be picked up in person at any of our public sessions/events. Simply select "Pickup" at checkout, and we'll have your order ready for you at the next available session — no shipping fees apply.

Once your order is ready, we'll notify you with the date, time, and location of the upcoming session where you can collect it. Please bring your order confirmation (digital or printed) for pickup.

If you're unable to make it to a session, just let us know at martha@showdemgames.com and we'll help arrange an alternative.
